Recently, The coal chemical company management cadre assessment 2012 was organized and conducted by the Human Resources (HR) Office, Qinghai Kingho Group in accordance with the Interim Provisions on Cadre Management System of China Kingho Energy Group.
According to the actual conditions of cadre team building in the Company, the HR Office formulated the cadre assessment scheme this time, issue notices in advance, put forward specific requirements on the content of work report and emphasized the plans, intentions, new thoughts and ideas on the work in the following year.
The cadre assessment consulted the overall assessment method and assessment model of work report defense and determined assessment principles and dominant orientation. Several leaders in the Company scored the cadres to be assessed according to the content of assessment based on the principles of fairness, justice and openness. The content of assessment includes cadres' working attitude, ability and performance, as well as work plans, intentions, new ideas and concepts in the following year. Through perfection of assessment system, the Coal Chemical Company further identified the talent employment principle of advocating hard work and emphasizing actual performance, effectively motivated the overall vitality of cadres and provided a sound guarantee to select better talents and enhance cadre team building in the future.
In the cadre assessment, most of the cadres had a clear idea of and complete plan of production management tasks, safety responsibility goals and enterprise management work in the following year and put forward some original management concepts. For example, the cadres in terms of corporate cultural construction put forward new management ideas of "focusing on quality education in corporate culture construction, concentrating on thoughts education in quality education and paying attention to traditional culture education". The logistics management cadres, based on the management basis of "providing services to staff and front line", put forward the work plan of increasing more breakfast types for shift duty staff as the new outsourcing restaurant is to be completed and put into operation. Some cadres also put forward new measures of safety management of "regarding the site as office room" so as to ensure safe production in the following year to progress steadily.
